Baked Meatballs

These meatballs are versatile and simple- you can use them in tomato sauce or served with a yogurt dip or even in a soup.

BAKED MEATBALLS

SERVINGS: 12 Meatballs 

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Ground Pork

1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan 

1 Large Egg

1 tablespoon My Astoria Kitchen Greek Blend 

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 375

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined- try not to over work it

  • Line a baking sheet with foil

  • Form your meatballs - 12 x 1.5 in. Diameter meatballs 

  • Drizzle with olive oil

  • Cook for 15 minutes

  • Enjoy!
