Lemon Potatoes

Lemon Potatoes are a Greek staple. The method is simple, it just takes a little time. But once they’re done you’ll be glad you did it.

INGREDIENTS:

3 x Yukon Gold Potatoes 

2 x Lemons

1 Tsp My Astoria Kitchen Greek Blend

3/4 Cup Olive Oil

SERVINGS:

About 4

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Peel your potatoes and cut them into quarter wedges 

Place in a 11x9 baking dish

Zest your 2 lemons right over the potatoes 

Add the juice of both lemons

Add your MAK Greek Blend

Add 3/4 Cup Olive Oil

Mix well

Cover with tin foil- Bake for 1 hour covered

Uncover and toss in the oil- your potatoes should be nice and soft. Add a tiny bit of extra salt and pepper if needed

Return to the oven uncovered for another 20 mins
